How to sell at Auction:

Three easy steps:

Enter your property for the Auction.

Fill out the Sales Mandate form online.

On the Sales Mandate form, set your minimum price.

This is the lowest price you will be prepared to accept at Auction. This will not be the price that your property is advertised through an Estate Agent, because we only charge 1.5% commission when sold.

Upload Photos of your property.

Go to the add photos page and upload pictures of your property. jpeg, jpg or gif format please and under 50K filesize.

Pay auction entrance fee by Paypal or Bank transfer.
