Clients:

Once any debt has been exclusively assigned, we will pursue the debt on the clients behalf.

Once the debt has been assigned, all communications regarding the debt, must be between Costa Blanca Debt Recovery and the Debtor. At this stage, (i.e. after assignment of the debt), there must be no arrangements made directly between the client and the debtor. Any such arrangement regarding the debt or its payment, will result in a 50% penalty fee to the client.

Our fees for debt recovery are as follows, you choose your preferred option:

1) 150 Euros admin charge per debt. Recovery fee 25% of debt recovered.

2) No admin charge. Recovery fee 25% of debt recovered.

All cleared funds recovered from debtors will be paid to the client immediately or within the next banking day.

Debtors:

Debtors may be charged daily interest on any outstanding debts.

We reserve the right to make public, financial details of debtors.

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notification.
