Here are questions we have been asked by voucher holders.

If you have any questions about the raffle before buying your voucher, contact us and we will include them on this page.

Q/ What are the Odds or Chances of winning?
Ans/ They are much, much better than the National Lottery (one in millions)

In our property competition raffle, initially the odds are 1 chance of winning in 40,000.

They never get any worse but do get better!

Other raffle organisers have much higher ticket prices!!

But because we have set the price of a voucher low (10 euros) you can improve on those odds.

So for example if you buy 2 vouchers your odds now become 2 chances in 40,000

If you buy 10 vouchers these odds are now a staggering 10 in 40,000 - These are the best odds around.

Q/ Once I have bought my voucher, how do I use it against an advertisement?
Ans/ Just email us by clicking on the 'ad your service' menu item. Fill out the details on the form and quote your voucher number.

Q/ What does Villa Supermarket Spain get out of this?

Ans/ Nothing from the proceeds of the Raffle. The proceeds (after the payment to charity, costs and our normal sales commission) go to the owner of the property.

Villasupermarketspain expects to get increased exposure, increased memberships, increased advertising revenue as a result of the raffle.

Q/ Can I view the Raffled properties before the raffle?

Ans/ Yes, no problem. Just email us with your name and voucher number and we will arrange a viewing through one of the local Agents.

Q/ Do I have to go to a presentation in a Hotel or do anything else?

Ans/ No. No presentations, no going to hotels, no collecting you voucher, no extra spend, no other catches - just buy a voucher.

Q/ Do I have to be present or attend the raffle to win?

Ans/ No. We publish the winners on the site. We also contact the winners by phone and email.

Q/ Do I have to be pay anything to collect my prize?

Ans/ No. Nothing

Q/ Do I have to be pay anything else other than my Voucher?

Ans/ No. Nothing
