• Fill out your email address in the box below and we will immediately send you an example Admail.

• Then look in your mailbox to read your Admail.

● 1) Fill out the order form, indicating your preferences.

● 2) We will set up a 'Client Account' for your convenience, and either email you your Login and Password, or login with your email address and click the 'forgotten' password and it will be immediately sent to you.

● 3) When you have logged into your account, please read your campaign details, the start date, the map of the area you have requested and the 'account' page to view the cost  of your order. Let us know if there are errors or changes to your order. 

● 4) Please pay the amount shown into our Bank Account (see Our Banking Details). Please ensure all costs are paid by the sender.

● 5) We will immediately start the work on your Admail/Speedmail and leave a first draft copy (which has been checked for unsuitable or spam words) in your account for approval/changes.

● 6) Submit any changes that you want to make to your Admail/Speedmail.

● 7) Before the email is sent, we need confirmation in writing that the Admail/Speedmail is OK to go. Please use the approve button on your client page (Please allow at least another 24 hours before campaign deadline for software and testing of the Admail/Speedmail)

● 8) Send us any extra or special list of contacts that you want included in the campaign. Please allow 24 hours for us to process this list and check for duplications against our own database. 

● 9) View your Client Login for your account financial position and schedule start date and completion date for your campaign.

● 10) At the end of your campaign your Client information will contain a summary of the total emails, and unique emails that were sent.

● 11) If you have pre-ordered Analytics. These will now be available as a graph, and also as a list summary of the statistics of the campaign, including details of positive responses.
