We have our own standard campaign paperwork which is tailored to your business needs and the campaign being worked on. We always use Call sheets, Lead sheets, and Appointment sheets during our  telemarketing campaigns. The completed sheets are presented to our clients at the end of every working day.

Leads sheets

Getting leads is time consuming. We qualify leads before calling them. We use our own criteria for doing this, and the results are available on line ready for when we start work.

Call sheets

Keeping records of calls made is crucial to a successful telemarketing campaign.


Tailored emails*

We believe that after the introduction phone call a tailored email with colour and graphics is important. This is the first step in the closing process.

Appointment sheets

Making an appointment does not mean the client says yes just to get you off the phone. All appointments are QUALIFIED AND CONFIRMED BEFORE the appointment.


Order forms*

In the process of Telesales, order forms are at the heart of the deal. The customer knows what you are supplying and you know what is expected of you.


Script generation*

We use a standard telemarketing script format. If you prefer and if you have a special script to work from, we would be happy to discussed this during normal telemarketing hours. Any other script creation or generation outside telemarketing hours is chargeable at 20 euros per draft script.

Product sheets*

The product sheet explains to the customer, what the product will do. It also explains to you, what was agreed that you should supply. Remember, if you wish, it can also explain what the product will NOT do.

We have many years experience writing 'very tight' product sheets. 


Customer acceptance sheets*

The key to a satisfied customer is that you deliver the product that was ordered and demonstrate that the product works. Customer acceptance forms achieve this. Remember customer acceptance means payment is due to you.
