We can take on all aspects of your Telemarketing Admin. This includes, script writing, spec writing, report generation, sending follow up product information emails, general information emails etc. For emails, we can use your own email format or we can design one for you. The emails can be standard text or HTML graphics, and  can be sent out during normal office hours or scheduled. Rates: P.O.A

Web page + hosting

Your own web page on Villasupermarketspain plus hosting, plus submission to Google for 50 euros per month. Ideal for clients that change their products/services.

Web page/Admail changes

Changes to copy of Admail or Web pages, or creation of web pages is chargeable at 30 euros per change or per page created. 

Meetings & Consultations

We provide free downloadable information and help for our clients. Over and above this, should you need our advice on a one-to-one basis, personal consultations and/or meetings are chargeable at 50 euros per hour including traveling time.

On the Road (Direct Sales)

If you feel unsure about your customer face to face skills, or maybe feel that appointments are going wrong and you are loosing business - don't worry we can help. We have a comprehensive training program (please enquire) that is guaranteed to improve your success rate on appointments. Alternatively we can handle the appointments for you.

Rates Terms and Conditions

Telemarketing: Settlement terms are daily, we cannot provide credit or account facilities on this rate. 

1Appointment: Fees are payable on the day of qualification and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the appointment is confirmed. We cannot accept responsibility for the outcome of an appointment. Should any of our clients feel that their one-to-one customer skills need refreshing, and require tuition or sales training we are happy to provide this service. Where leads have been supplied or appointments made by Marketing Moments and it is subsequently discovered that appointments have been arranged with the intension of circumventing the due appointment fee, Marketing Moments will take appropriate action and withdraw its services.

Payment: All services under 1000 euros (except daily on-site telemarketing/telesales) must be pre-paid with order. All services over 1000 euros - 50% with order. Payment should be made Bank to Bank by IBAN. We do not accept cheques or cards. We do not give refunds. However at our discretion, Marketing Moments Spain reserve the right to cancel an order and make a refund as appropriate.
