1. Admails (colour email flyers):                         Step by step help

We deliver Admails direct to your customers mailbox. With Admails there are no copy deadlines, print deadlines or specific days when your advert will appear. Emails can be fed into our in-house bespoke system and sent out at any time, so you benefit from advertising flyers sent out on a repeating 24/7 cycle from our in-house servers.

● Local Admail (eMail) flyer Campaign

Target your customers with a colour graphic eMail flyer (by Town or Towns, by Business Type)

Choose whatever area you like, e.g. just a town like Watford, Benidorm, Bristol etc.  or targeted by multiple towns in an area or by Business type e.g. just Estate Agents.

We can send targeted eMails (email flyers) to attract new business for you. Unlike a newspaper which is a good medium for getting your company advertised up and down the Costas, we understand that your business is local, so we target and saturate the area you choose. A typical Campaign would reach over 1,300 (max 2,500) potential customers targeted at the towns, businesses or residences that you require. That's around 5 cents per email.

If you have an email design - great - we will use it. If not we can design one at a small one off set-up cost. We do not use standard email templates. The reason for this is that we regard your company image as more important than selecting a standard email template that might be chosen by another company. After all, it's your company image that you want to sent to your customers - not an off the shelf email template!

Admail campaigns start at 140 euros per month. 

Included in the campaign cost is sending follow up emails and sending brochures. We handle all email and telephone correspondence.

All leads are also forwarded to you, for action, at no extra cost.

We recommend that every admail campaign should be accompanied by 1 day per month telemarketing, to maximise the results of the email campaign and achieve a regular flow of new business for your company.

For companies with products or services that are non area specific

Choose any general region you want in Spain or UK (e.g. just Costa del Sol, just Costa Blanca, just Middlesex, just London etc)

We can also send out promotional Tele-mails, e.g. Shop Opening, Special offers, promotions etc.

Use our intelligent email campaign to help track your responses.

Would you like to send out emails, see who opens them, and monitor who visits your website as a result. 

We can collect this information and more, and produce the analytics to show you the results of the tele-mail campaign. This information is invaluable for leads follow up and potential new sales. 

Costs for these analytics start at 30 euros per admail campaign, but must be ordered before the start of the campaign.

2. Admin:

● Let us send your normal emails for you. (Sent with your email address and your return address.)

If you have clients that have requested information sent to them (e.g. after an exhibition), give us the list and we will send them for you. We have special automated email software which means we will be faster and cheaper than doing it yourself. Please phone/contact us for details.

● Sending client emails.  This includes any ancillary Telemarketing support activity e.g. sending follow up emails, sending Product Information, Making/Confirming Appointments etc

● Take telephone messages. Messages are buying signals - they must be acted on immediately. (see Business Tele-Centre)

● Respond to customer enquiries. Responding to telephone enquiries is important to the smooth transition in the process from enquiry to order. (see Business Tele-Centre)

● Report writing e.g. Bank presentations, cash flow projections, project planning etc
