The Villa Paperwork:

The Villas are perfectly legal and our Solicitor has verified that the owners and the paperwork is in order. Escrituras have been lodged with him, ready to transfer the ownership to the lucky winners.

The Voucher:

The voucher can be used for any of the adverting options on the VillaSupermarketSpain web site. When you buy a 'voucher' you will automatically be entered into the property raffle for FREE.

The Raffle:

The winning tickets will be chosen from the first correct entries drawn, by an independent charity. All purchased vouchers will have a corresponding limited edition, numbered ticket entry into the draw. The lucky winners will be published on this site and notified by email and telephone.

The Winners Fees and Taxes:

All the winners costs, notary fees and taxes are paid out of the raffle proceeds - All you pay for is the cost of the voucher.

How it works:

When you enter the competition and buy a 'voucher' you will automatically also be entered into the property raffle for FREE.

The Voucher is worth 10 euros, and may be used against any of our chargeable services or facilities (advertise your company and logo, rent a web page etc). You can also sell the voucher to a friend who wants to advertise on the site, or you could give it away. You still own the FREE raffle entry.

The voucher is valid until Dec 31st 2009.

The first raffle takes place at the end of August 2008 (or when 40,000 vouchers are sold), the first dream Villa will be raffled. Winners will be selected from the first correct ticket entry. All entries over the ticket limit will automatically rolled over into the next property raffle (another 40,000 vouchers). 2nd Raffle date end of Oct 2008.

2.5% of all proceeds go to charity.

How to pay:

No cash is accepted for vouchers. Payment is only by traceable Bank transfer, Bank to Bank with receipts.

How to enter the competition raffle:

1) Please fill out the form below.

2) We confirm receipt of this.

3) Your purchase is completed by making payment into our Bank account.

4) You will receive by email, a receipt and your competition entry ticket number.

Notes: You MUST quote your 'email address' when making your bank payment. (we need this to notify you of your competition number) Payments made Euros to Euros should incur no bank charges, if your bank makes charges for transferring funds this should be included in the transfer. Each voucher is priced at 10 euros.

Each voucher will carry an individual number

There is no restriction on the number of vouchers that may be purchased, but each voucher must carry the name of a person or a company or club or other legally constituted entity.
Vouchers may be given as gifts, but the company must be notified in order to put the name of the recipient in our registration records.

Minors (under 18 years of age) may not hold a voucher.

Vouchers may be sold to a third party, but the company must be notified of the name of the purchaser in order to alter our records.

Vouchers are valid until 31 December, 2009

Winners will be given legal possession of the properties upon the conclusion of the raffle.

Dates are estimated based on voucher sales and may be subject to change.
